Creating Compelling Characters in Memoir and Fiction with Patricia Westerhof

  • WEP Central 3 Bartlett Avenue Toronto, ON, M6H 1M3 Canada (map)

Come and learn techniques for building memorable characters in your narrative writing with author, speaker, and writing coach Patricia Westerhof!

Along with her most recent book, The Canadian Guide to Creative Writing and Publishing, she has written novels, short stories, a textbook, and writing curriculum. Patricia, who holds an MA in Education from the University of Toronto, is a sought-after writing coach, working with writers of all ages, from teens to seniors.

Over the course of this interactive  and engaging two-hour session, you’ll learn and walk away with ideas for new characters and ideas for fleshing out the characters you've already chosen to write about!
